According to the North Central Texas Council on Governments, this $2 million dollar home neigboring Rivercrest Country Club was foreclosed upon. The bank wants $1,300,000.00 for it (give or take). I would go into even better details about the previous owner, but he’s an attorney, and although none of it is hear-say, its just hard to kick a man when he’s down (especially down a few million).
This is the most expensive foreclosure I am aware of in the area.
