Sonja brings up some local events I have never been familiar with; and she notes that we shouldn’t forgot our logic at the door.
I was unaware of this event until it popped up in my reader, but I am relieved that some people can still stand up for sanity in unclear moments. I hope that other people in the crowd felt this way also. It is so tiring to see sitcom’s which perpetuate an image of blundering white men who would be nowhere without their wives. I understand the humor in it, but a relentless culture of media showing these men to be lazy and incompetent does not bode well for the lessons given to our children. Men still need to be men.

Thanks for the pingback, Austin. In this politically correct world it is hard to write about this topic. But it had to be said.
