Saw this and it reminded me of 7th Street.

    train-by-a-house

Noticed a backhoe taking out the tatoo parlor yesterday morning. It’s a really impressive thing to see a structure come down. I wish I had woken up in time for Landmark Tower.

Why does everyone have to steal from me? I would imagine that they are stealing from you also?

Last night someone got into my car and stole two pairs of sunglasses. One of them was in the case, and still in the wrapping from my having received them. So I guess I’ll go spend $265 today on a brand new pair. At least they didn’t steal more I suppose.

It’s a liability to stand in the front yard. Inevitably I will get hit up by passers-by. Two tree-trimmers looking for work, three lawn mowing companies, and a college kid with a story about a school trip overseas. All of them literally patrolling the streets; day after day looking to make some money.

The government isn’t my friend either. They continue to threaten, and in fact devalue, our currency with wild spending. China doesn’t have a good feeling about the dollar; neither should anyone who has taken a basic economics course.

Interest rates are sure to rise as inflation becomes out of control.

Carbon tax is coming. Which means I get taxed for something by body naturally creates. But really it means upshoots in electricity bills, gasoline price, food costs, the price of anything manufactured or shipped.

Healthcare Plans with $600 Billion dollars in additional taxes. I’ll pay my share of someone elses healthcare costs.

I fear that next it will be my industry threatened. Actually, it’s already happening.

A UNT professor did a study showing a correlation between feelings toward gas wells, and their proximity to homes…

    Guess what he found out?

Not in my back yard!!! Turns out that people respond less favorably as the well gets closer.

Congratulations Paul. Now you should go study something that isn’t plainly obvious. Maybe Paul could do his next study on wasting funds for asinine studies versus finding something useful to do with your time.

You know that house you can’t get rid of. The one that’s been on the market for nine months. It’s probably twenty thousand dollars overpriced, and you know it.

Why not offer a coupon for $15,000.00 off the price. Stick it right in the Star-Telegram. Apparently other people are doing on high dollar property. This guy got national attention by offer a $1 Million dollar coupon on his $6.9 Million dollar home in Florida.

I bet you could some pretty great marketing, for your property and yourself at the same time.
