The Trinity River Vision is turning out exactly how I suspected that it would. Its going to take longer and cost quite a bit more than planned.
That is the typical route for highly ambitious projects, but I note that an architect from TCC downtown campus was involved. In my opinion, anything that is in anyway connected to the TCC downtown campus is doomed. Tarrant County citizens should be outraged at the waste that has gone into the TCC project downtown.
So, as expected, the TRV is probably not going to look much like what you have been lead to believe. It’s going to take a REALLY long time. And it will most likely cost at lease a Billion Dollars. A BILLION DOLLARS.
