Forbes created a list of the most stressful cities to live in. Luckily Fort Worth didn’t make the list. The criteria generally revolved around traffic, real estate prices, pollution and unemployment.
Here are some Texas Cities that did make the list.
- 40 - Austin
- 39 - San Antonio
- 36 - Dallas
- 32 - Houston
At Number 1 was Chicago.

Actually, Fort Worth did make the list. It’s grouped in as Dallas - Fort Worth - Arlington at number 36, though we all know most of the stress is on the east side.
